How many Confirmations are needed?
If you send your Bitcoins to Coinomize, only one confirmation is needed.
What logs are kept by Coinomize?
We do not store any logs of your transaction, not even your IP or Bitcoin addresses. We delete all orders after 24-72 hours (Depending on choosen delay time.), but you can also delete it by yourself. Please always download the Letter of Guarantee for later questions.
How can I contact you if I have any questions or problems?
Simply create a support ticket and we will respond as soon as possible. Usually in just a few hours, but within 24 hours at the latest. We want to offer you the best possible support and answer always any Ticket.
How much are the mixing fee?
You can choose the fees by yourself. These start at 1% up to 5%, depending on how anonymous you want to be + 0.0003 BTC Miner Fee.
What is the Coinomize Code?
After your first mixing on Coinomize, you will receive a unique code. With this code, we make sure that you never get back your own coins from previous transactions. Just use it for all your next Mixing Orders.
Can i use always the same fees and delay time?
Sure, but we recommend changing it sometimes so no one can trace you back.
How long does the bitcoin mixing process take?
This depends on how long your time delay was chosen. Also how fast are the Blockchain is. Its not takes longer as 24 hours.
Whats the different between bitcoin mixing service, tumbler and laundry?

What is a Letter of Guarantee?
This guarantees that the displayed Bitcoin address is from our servers. Please download it and check it before you send Bitcoins to us. You also need this to contact our support about a transaction. Without it, we can not help you.
How can i verify my Letter of Guarantee?

How to use the Coinomize Mobile App?
Download our app from the Coinomize home page and install it. You may need to enable "Unknown sources" on your phone to install our app. For more protection, you can use an android vpn app.
What are the minimum and maximum mixing amount?
Our minimum mixing amount is 0.0015 BTC per added output address. For your and our protection we operate several nodes and cold wallets with different balance.
Why do you use a random send time delay for multiple output addresses?
For your protection and it complicates the linking to your other output addresses. If you select more than 1 output address, we add a random time delay of several seconds for each additional one.
